We want you to love your journal.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date.
You may return your product if:

It arrived damaged or defective

It doesn’t meet your expectations and is unused and in original condition
This return policy applies only to orders placed on www.happyjournalclub.com.
Pre-orders may be returned within 14 days after receiving the product.
How to Request a Return
To start your return process, please follow these steps:

Use the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”

Include a short explanation and, if applicable, a photo of the item

Wait for a reply from our team (within 2–3 business days)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once we’ve received and inspected the item.
